Drop Spine Box Class

A drop spine box is perhaps the most valuable box in the bookbinding and book conservation world. It has replaced the slip case because of that box’s deficiencies.

In this one day class we’ll make a drop spine box to fit a book of your choice (you need to bring it to the class).  We discuss measuring the book through putting a title on the spine of the cover.

All tools are provided.  Class will meet from 9 until about 5.

The cost is $125, which includes all materials.
